Welcome to our NCAAU & AONP Internship Program,

Thank you for choosing to become part of the All or Nothing Performance Family.  Our goal for AAU is simple. We want to support its’ growth and the development of its’ Sports Organizations. Commonly asked questions

Where are you located?

  • We are located in Cleveland, NC.  Our intern program is unique.  Due to the nature of our business we have the opportunity to work at almost all venues in North Carolina and South Carolina.  We will work virtual with you until you host or support events.

Who will my main Point of Contact be?

  • For registration purposes your main point of contact will
    •  Rob Ramsay (All or Nothing Performance- Executive Director)  Contact is located on the program page.

How will the intern program work?

  • Most of our communication will be accomplished through Google Meet, email or the phone which makes this internship extremely flexible with your schedule.  You will be required to coordinate and direct an event(s) depending on your Intern track.  That will require more direct contact and specified date and time.  You will have input on your availability because you will choose and plan the event. Your initial virtual intern assignments allow for a flexible schedule.  We understand you have school and work requirements so we will work with you.  It is your responsibility as the intern to meet all school intern requirements.   If there is any paperwork we need to complete you will need to make sure we receive it and it is returned to the school.  Once you send in your registration you are automatically entered into the program.

When will I know if I am accepted into the program?

  • Once you send in your registration you are automatically entered into the program. For us, we know we are providing an opportunity to learn about our industry in ways many others only wish they could.  As long as you want to learn, put effort into your assignments and events we promised to offer the same back.

When should I expect to hear from you after I register?

  • Within 3-5 business days

How will I receive my first assignment?

  • You will receive an invite to Goggle Classroom.  There you will be able to access videos and assignments.  As you complete each assignment you will be moved to a new area where a new assignment will be available.

What is the time line on my intern program?

  • That is between you and your school.  We do expect you too finish your assignments.  Information on assignments and events are listed on the main internship under the Intern Track.

Our goal is to make this a very rewarding opportunity.  We are here to help you and we want this partnership to continue after you finish your internship either as a mentor, event operator,  partner or supporter of All or Nothing Performance and AAU.
